Seton Catholic Central had won eight straight games and Brian Dempsey did his part to make it nine on Tuesday. The Seton Catholic Central Saints simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Waverly Wolverines 87-49 thanks in part to Dempsey, who went 8 of 16 en route to 23 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. Those 23 points gave him a new career-high.

Allan Eagles was another key player, going 5 for 9 on his way to 15 points along with eight boards and six assists. He has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last four times he's played.

Seton Catholic Central's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.8 points per game. As for Waverly, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 7-3 record.
