Baseball Recap: Central Find Success

Central never let their opponents score on Thursday. They came out on top against the Hatton Hornets by a score of 4-0. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hornets, too.

The victory made it two in a row for Central and bumps their season record up to 15-9. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Hatton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-14 record this season.

Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against Hatton: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
