Walkertown typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday West Stokes proved too difficult a challenge. They skirted past the Wolfpack 4-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-0 last Thursday.

West Stokes has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Walkertown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. West Stokes is set to square off against their familiar foe Morehead at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Walkertown will take on rival McMichael at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
