Basketball Recap: Hope Academy Comes Up Short

Hope Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a hard 74-58 fall against the Tavares Bulldogs.

Hope Academy's record is now 0-3. As for Tavares, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hope Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Four Corners at 6:00 p.m. on December 1. As for Tavares, they will head out on the road to face off against Crystal River at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
