Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pershing). They claimed a resounding 87-50 win over the Osborn Knights. Given the Doughboys' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 144th, while the Knights are ranked 533rd), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory made it two in a row for Pershing and bumps their season record up to 10-4. As for Osborn, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-8.

Pershing does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Osborn, they will venture away from home to square off against American International Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
