It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Los Lunas can now relate to. They fell 12-7 to the Eldorado Golden Eagles on Friday. The Tigers' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Matthew Castillo made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Mark Scime, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Los Lunas' defeat dropped their record down to 19-11. As for Eldorado, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-7 record this season.
