Soccer Recap: South Ridge Starts Season with Victory at Home

South Ridge took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They never let Phoenix College Prep get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. South Ridge have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Phoenix College Prep, too.

Looking ahead, South Ridge will face off against Empower College Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Phoenix College Prep, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Maricopa Institute of Technology at 6:00 p.m. on September 10.
