Volleyball Game Preview: Churchill Lancers vs. Crater Comets

The Churchill Lancers will head out to square off against the Crater Comets at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Churchill had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Eagle Point on Thursday. The Lancers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Crater made easy work of Springfield on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Crater's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Churchill, their victory bumped their record up to 14-8.

Churchill skirted past Crater 3-2 in their previous matchup on October 2nd. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
