Volleyball Recap: Camarillo Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Camarillo entered their game against Thousand Oaks on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Scorpions came up short against the Lancers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Scorpions have suffered since October 1, 2024.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-22, 25-22.

Camarillo's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Thousand Oaks, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Camarillo will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Moorpark at 6:00 p.m. on September 16. As for Thousand Oaks, they will head out to challenge Harvard-Westlake at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
