Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hobbton walked away with it. They came out on top against the East Bladen Eagles by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Hobbton's victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for East Bladen, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.

Hobbton will venture away from home to take on Camden County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. East Bladen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
