Basketball Recap: Cullman Christian Comes Up Short

Cullman Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions 58-14. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against Cullman Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 44-19 last Tuesday.

Cullman Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-23. As for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 10-15.

Cullman Christian and Pennington will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. As for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions face off against the Hackleburg Panthers at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hackleburg will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Lindsay Lane Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
