Basketball Recap: Lutheran Comes Up Short

Lutheran was the 60-50 winner over Tri-City when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lutheran Crusaders took a 49-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tri-City Tornadoes. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tri-City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Gage Shafer, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Hill Muir, who had 15 points.

Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Tri-City, their win bumped their record up to 12-18.

Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tri-City, they have already played their next game, a 36-34 loss against Athens on the 24th.
