Boston High School Football Rankings

Who's up and who's down

There wasn't a ton of movement in the power rankings this week, but there was certainly enough to keep things interesting. That and more in this week's report.

No Stoppin 'Em

There were a lot of high-scoring contests in the power rankings last week, but the 75-point effort in this one put it right at the top of the list. St. John's had all the answers against St. Peter-Marian, winning 49 - 26. Hopefully the victory is satisfying enough on its own since St. John's actually slipped one place in the power rankings.

Next Week's Big Game

The big showdown in the power rankings this week is between Catholic Memorial (5th in the power rankings) and St. John's Prep (1st). St. John's Prep will be sulking in after a defeat while Catholic Memorial will strut in boosted by a win. St. John's Prep has never lost back-to-back this season, but Catholic Memorial hopes to show it that there is a first time for everything.
