Detroit Community was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 14-7 to the Lincoln-King Academy Eagles. On the bright side, the seven- run performance marked the Hurricanes' highest-scoring game to date.

Detroit Community's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Lincoln-King Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Detroit Community will challenge Henry Ford Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lincoln-King Academy, they will take on Summit Academy North at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Summit Academy North will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Lincoln-King Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
