Basketball Recap: Cherry Hill East Comes Up Short

Cherry Hill East lost against Haddon Township back in January of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cherry Hill East Cougars fell 40-30 to the Haddon Township Hawks. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Haddon Township got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Alli Kamulda out in front who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Abby Wiedeman, who scored nine points.

Cherry Hill East's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Haddon Township, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Cherry Hill East didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 83-41 victory against Camden on the 2nd. Haddon Township has also already played their next contest, a 58-37 win against Haddon Heights on the 3rd.
