Basketball Game Preview: Long County Blue Tide vs. Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets

The Long County Blue Tide and the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Southeast Bulloch took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Long County, who comes in off a win.

Long County will bounce into Saturday's game after beating Liberty County, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Long County came out on top against Liberty County by a score of 44-37 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Southeast Bulloch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 79-10 loss at the hands of Jenkins. The Yellow Jackets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-8.

Long County's victory bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Southeast Bulloch, their loss dropped their record down to 0-18.

Everything came up roses for Long County against Southeast Bulloch in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured a 45-18 win. Will Long County repeat their success, or does Southeast Bulloch have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
