Jonah Muniz Game Report: vs Smyer

Lamesa came out on top against Smyer on Thursday thanks in part to Jonah Muniz's efforts. Muniz produced his best game of the campaign: he scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Coming up, Muniz and Lamesa will be taking part in a tournament against Fort Stockton at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fort Stockton will enter the matchup having just beaten Lake View, so Lamesa will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
