Basketball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

Warren was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 51-37 fall against the Spurger Pirates. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 53-45 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Warren's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Spurger, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.

Warren will be taking part in a tournament against Ingram Moore at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. Warren is facing Ingram Moore at the right time seeing as Ingram Moore is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Spurger, they are taking a road trip to square off against Hull-Daisetta at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
