Basketball Recap: Round Rock Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Round Rock can now relate to. They took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Travis Cavaliers on Tuesday. The Dragons just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Round Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 22-12. As for Lake Travis, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-16.

Round Rock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lake Travis, they will face off against Brennan at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Brennan knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 32 contests -- so hopefully Lake Travis likes a good challenge.
