The A.C. Reynolds Rockets came tearing into Friday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 71-20 victory over Enka on the road. That looming 71-20 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for A.C. Reynolds yet this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead A.C. Reynolds to victory, but perhaps none more so than Peyton Harvey, who scored 12 points along with six steals. Julie Janus was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds.

A.C. Reynolds' victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.4 points per game. As for Enka, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8.

A.C. Reynolds will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Asheville at 6:30 p.m. Asheville will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 208th, while A.C. Reynolds is ranked eighth). As for Enka, they will head out on the road to take on McDowell at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
