Basketball Game Preview: Danville Hawks vs. Randolph School Raiders

The Danville Hawks just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Randolph School Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Randolph School took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Danville, who comes in off a win.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Danville took on Covenant Christian on Monday. Danville claimed a resounding 52-22 win over Covenant Christian. The Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Randolph School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were outmatched by St. John Paul II and fell 68-41.

Danville is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. As for Randolph School, their loss dropped their record down to 4-17.

Everything came up roses for Danville against Randolph School when the teams last played back in December of 2017, as the squad secured a 48-11 victory. Will Danville repeat their success, or does Randolph School have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
