West Valley waltzed into their matchup on Friday with 15 straight wins... but they left with 16. Everything went their way against the Moses Lake Mavericks as they made off with an 8-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

West Valley's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Moses Lake, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-5.
