Soccer Recap: Corry Takes a Loss

Corry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Mercyhurst Prep this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in September.

Corry's loss dropped their record down to 0-13-1. As for Mercyhurst Prep, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Corry will take on rival Seneca at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Mercyhurst Prep is set to square off against their familiar foe Saegertown at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
