Grandview extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Gracie Lawson. The Zebras put the hurt on the Blooming Grove Lions with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday thanks in part to Lawson, who had 12 digs and two aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more assists the last 28 times she's played.

Grandview never let Blooming Grove on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-9, 25-22.

Grandview's record is now 23-9. As for Blooming Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 17-12.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Grandview will square off against rival Scurry-Rosser at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Blooming Grove is set to challenge their familiar foe Maypearl at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
