Volleyball Recap: Frankfort Wins Going Away Against Pellston

Frankfort had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Pellston on Tuesday. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hornets.

Frankfort was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14, 25-18.

Lily Wolfe was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had ten digs and three aces.

Wolfe wasn't the only good server: Frankfort was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Frankfort now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Pellston, they now have a losing record of 2-3-5.

Coincidentally, Frankfort and Pellston will both be playing Pentwater the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Falcons at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, while the Hornets will play them later in the day, at 11:30 a.m.
