Basketball Recap: Sidney Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bedford, Sidney was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They managed a 52-47 win over the Stanton Vikings. For the Cowboys, this counts as revenge for the 82-57 victory the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.

Sidney's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-2. As for Stanton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Sidney will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Shenandoah at 7:30 p.m. As for Stanton, they will head out to face off against East Mills at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
