Soccer Game Preview: Huntingdon vs. Clearfield

The Huntingdon Bearcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Clearfield Bison at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

On Monday, Huntingdon and Penns Valley Area finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Clearfield entered their tilt with Bald Eagle Area on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Eagles 8-0. The match marked Clearfield's most dominant win of the season.

Clearfield's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. Huntingdon's draw makes their record 2-2-3 this season.

Huntingdon took their win against Clearfield in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bearcats since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
