Recap: Warner Wildcats vs. High Tech NC Raptor
The Warner Wildcats had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 36-27 win over High Tech NC. This was payback for Warner, who suffered a 70-28 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Among those leading the charge was Omar Acosta, who scored 14 points along with 7 rebounds. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. Angel Carachure was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Warner's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for High Tech NC, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-5.
Warner will be playing at home against Calexico Mission at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. High Tech NC is on the road again on Wednesday and play against Bayfront Charter at 4:00 p.m. on December 13th.
