It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Red Oak had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They blew past the Lake Belton Broncos 4-1. The result was nothing new for Red Oak, who have now won ten contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Lake Belton with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Aja Nelson (2), Kennedi Robertson, and Saiyan Cross.

Red Oak is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 54 goals over those 13 matches. Lake Belton's loss dropped their record down to 7-9-1.

Red Oak wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-1 victory against Sunset on the 25th. Lake Belton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
