Basketball Game Preview: Worth County Rams vs. Brantley County Herons

Having just played yesterday, the Worth County Rams will head out on the road to face off against the Brantley County Herons at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Worth County knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Brantley County likes a good challenge.

Worth County is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Bacon County just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 73-61 to the Raiders.

Meanwhile, Brantley County had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 63-38 margin over the Purple Hurricane. The Herons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.

Brantley County is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.6 points per game. As for Worth County, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
