Soccer Game Preview: Warren vs. Harlan

Warren is 0-7 against Harlan since February of 2021 but things could change on Wednesday. The Warren Warriors will challenge the Harlan Hawks at 5:00 p.m. Warren is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last seven games.

Last Friday, Warren was able to grind out a solid victory over Sotomayor, taking the game 3-1. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by exactly two goals.

Alexander De Los Santos and Miles Miller scored all three of Warren's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Meanwhile, Harlan kept a clean sheet against Taft on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Raiders. Give the Hawks' defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Warren has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those nine contests. As for Harlan, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4-1.
