Basketball Recap: Denison Takes a Loss

Denison lost against Melissa back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Denison Yellow Jackets received a blow as they fell 72-55 to the Melissa Cardinals.

Denison's loss dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Melissa, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

Denison and Lebanon Trail will round out the year against one another at at 3:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Melissa, they will challenge Pieper at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Pieper is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.6 points per game this season.
