Football Game Preview: Bray-Doyle vs. Ryan

On Friday Bray-Doyle will take on Ryan . Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.

Things haven't been easy for Bray-Doyle, and their game last Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They were completely outmatched, falling 8-56 to Empire. The state rankings had actually given Bray-Doyle a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Meanwhile, Ryan came into their this week averaging 44 points per game, but Ryan fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They took a serious blow against Waurika last Friday, falling 0-58. Ryan's low-scoring loss was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the contest before.

With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
