Volleyball Recap: Wiseburn- Da Vinci's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

It was a good run, but Wiseburn- Da Vinci unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Palisades Dolphins. The Wolves were not able to make up for their loss to the Dolphins from their previous meeting back in September of 2021.

Alina Hunter paced Wiseburn- Da Vinci's offense, picking up seven kills. Hunter got some help from Emma Mabery and her 13 assists. Natalia Malak controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Palisades, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Culver City on the 8th. As for Palisades, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica on the 6th.
