Volleyball Recap: Calvary Day Takes a Loss

Calvary Day lost against Statesboro back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cavaliers fell 2-0 to the Blue Devils.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Statesboro scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21.

Calvary Day's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Statesboro, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2.

Coincidentally, Calvary Day and Statesboro will both be playing Southeast Bulloch the next time they take the court. The Cavaliers will host the Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Blue Devils will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
