Soccer Recap: Mount Juliet Triumphs

Mount Juliet had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They had just enough and edged out the Frederick Douglass Broncos 1-0. Mount Juliet wouldn't have won without Ryleigh Clayton, who scored the game-winner.

Frederick Douglass' defeat dropped their record down to 2-3-1.

Mount Juliet has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Brentwood Academy on the 23rd. As for Frederick Douglass, they will head out to face off against Bethlehem at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
