While Webster didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 69-37 victory over the Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool Jaguars. The game marked the Warriors' most dominant win of the season so far.

Webster's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hondo Avington led the charge by dropping a double-double with 22 points and ten boards. That's the most rebounds Avington has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Terrance Franklin, who earned 16 points in addition to seven assists and seven steals.

Webster was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Webster, bringing their record up to 4-1. As for Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Webster has already played their next contest, a 53-44 defeat against Riverfield Country Day on the 12th. As for Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool, they are taking a road trip to take on Immanuel Lutheran Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
