Basketball Recap: Northland Christian Triumphs

Northland Christian posted their closest victory since January 25, 2024 on Thursday. They had just enough and edged the Norborne Pirates out 46-43. For Northland Christian, this counts as revenge for the 43-31 win Norborne walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Despite the loss, Norborne still got an impressive performance from Sarah Mansur, who went 7 of 11 on her way to 20 points and four steals. The dominant performance gave Mansur a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Avi Leabo, who posted 14 points.
