Volleyball Recap: Lake Worth Christian Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lake Worth Christian had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over The Greene School Dolphins.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lake Worth Christian was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-8, 25-9.

Ella Vandenberg was the offensive standout of the game as she had five aces and four digs.

Vandenberg wasn't the only good server: Lake Worth Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Lake Worth Christian now has a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Worth Christian will host Forest Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for The Greene School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pine at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
