Basketball Recap: Bigfork Takes a Loss

If Bigfork was feeling good fresh off their 56-35 takedown of Libby last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bigfork Vikings & Valkyries took a 55-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Columbia Falls Wildcats on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings & Valkyries in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now lost six in a row.

Bigfork's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Columbia Falls, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Bigfork will square off against Polson at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbia Falls has already played their next matchup (against Libby), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
