Baseball Recap: Highlands Christian Takes a Loss

If Highlands Christian was feeling good fresh off their 20-1 takedown of Sports Leadership & Management last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Highlands Christian Knights came up short against the South Plantation Paladins on Thursday, falling 12-0.

Highlands Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Tullier, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles.

Highlands Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for South Plantation, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-2.

Coming up, Highlands Christian will look to defend their home field on Monday against Westminster Academy at 6:30 p.m. South Plantation will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Cypress Bay at 6:00 p.m. on March 3rd.
