Baseball Recap: Brattleboro Bears vs. Green Mountain Chieftains
Brattleboro won the last time they faced Green Mountain and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Bears came out on top against the Chieftains by a score of 7-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.
Jayke Glidden spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on three hits and racked up 14 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
