Softball Recap: Homer Takes a Loss

Homer scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Union Parish Farmers, falling 13-3. The defeat leaves the Pelicans still looking for their first win of the season.

Homer's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Union Parish, with the win, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-2.

Coming up, Homer will head out to square off against Simsboro at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Simsboro will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last. As for Union Parish, they have already played their next game, a 15-0 defeat against D'Arbonne Woods on the 5th.
