Basketball Recap: Underwood Takes a Loss

Underwood was the 39-37 winner over Tri-Center when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Underwood Eagles fell 38-28 to the Tri-Center Trojans on Tuesday. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Underwood's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Tri-Center, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-11.

When Underwood and Tri-Center next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Underwood will challenge Riverside and their 11-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Tri-Center will try to stop Treynor's three-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
