Basketball Recap: North Piles Up the Points Against Milwaukee Lifelong Learning

North's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging an 81-37 win over the Milwaukee Lifelong Learning Wizards. The victory continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their matchups with the Wizards: they've now won three in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North to victory, but perhaps none more so than Collins Jacobs, who went 6-for-15 on his way to 16 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. The dominant performance gave Jacobs a new career-high in rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamarion Martin, who went 7-for-13 en route to 17 points.

North smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in four consecutive games.

North's win bumped their record up to 4-15. As for Milwaukee Lifelong Learning, they dropped their record down to 4-15 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 64-42 victory against Milwaukee Marshall on the 20th. Milwaukee Lifelong Learning has also already played their next match (against Milwaukee Arts), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
