Volleyball Recap: St. John Paul II Academy Triumphs + How To Watch

St. John Paul II Academy won the last time they faced American Heritage and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles walked away with a 3-1 win over the Stallions. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 18-25, 25-16.

Lyla Tomko paced St. John Paul II Academy's offense, picking up 13 kills. Tomko got some help from Emily Rodriguez and her 32 assists. Leia Gliatta controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

When it comes to explaining why American Heritage lost, don't look at Rachel Miller. Despite the final result, she had six digs and two aces. Another player making a difference was Daniela Staton, who had 11 digs and one assist.
