Volleyball Recap: Wheatmore Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Wheatmore had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the South Davidson Wildcats 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Wheatmore was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-10, 25-14.

Coming up, Wheatmore will venture away from home to square off against Asheboro at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Davidson, they will host Albemarle at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
