Lincoln's loss ends three-game winning streak on the road

The Lincoln Lions lost against the Saratoga Falcons back in December of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Lincoln fell 63-53 to Saratoga. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Lincoln in their matchups with Saratoga: they've now lost five in a row.
Lincoln lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Caleb Hooks, who scored 18 points. Joseph Shelton was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Lincoln's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-6. As for Saratoga, they pushed their record up to 3-4 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
Lincoln will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Monta Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Saratoga and Varsity Opponent will round out the year against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday at.
