Basketball Recap: Forest Lake Takes a Loss

Forest Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 62-51 to the Centennial Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 71-57 back in December of 2024.

Forest Lake's loss dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Centennial, their victory ended a ten-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-15.

Forest Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Centennial, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-56 win against Blaine on the 8th.
