Franklin's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 65-58 victory over the Lincoln Cardinals. This was a revenge game for the Quakers: when they faced off against the Cardinals back in January, they had to take a 84-42 loss.

Franklin's win bumped their record up to 4-14. As for Lincoln, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-16.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Ida B. Wells the next time they take the court. Lincoln will host Ida B. Wells at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, while Franklin will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
